Cozy stay with nice vibes!
Had a comfy night here. The staff was super helpful and super chill. Got checked in quick, and my room was massive! Bathroom was clean, and I loved that there was plenty of tea and coffee. The breakfast was decent, though the dining area could use a refresh. Just a bit hard to find at first since it’s tucked away.

CCTV parking, unique building architecture, nearby dining options accessible by transport
Cleanliness in the bathrooms could definitely improve!!! The insulation between rooms is poor, making it hard to enjoy a quiet night without disturbances from neighbors!!!

Location was perfect for our large family trip, with easy access to the fun outdoors like the Sussex Downs. We appreciated the value for money and friendly staff, especially during our smooth late check-in.
In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

I had a two-night stay in a Standard Twin Room. The room felt generally clean but lacked a little maintenance. The shower worked well and had hot water, which was great. Staff were friendly and quick to assist with any inquiries. the bathroom could use improved cleanliness, as I noticed some mold on the tiles. Noise from the adjoining rooms was sometimes disturbing, making it hard to get a restful night. The location is convenient for accessing transport and nearby attractions. a decent ambiance but the need for better upkeep is clear.

missingWrote a review on 12 Jultea-making facilitiescozy atmospheregatwick accessshower issues
Comfortably furnished rooms with a good selection of TV channels and tea-making facilities offered a cozy atmosphere. Proximity to Gatwick Airport made it convenient for my travel needs.
The shower in my room leaked down the connecting pipe and was difficult to use without soaking the bathroom. The bathroom door struggled to close properly, and there was noticeable mould around the shower. the heating took too long to kick in, leaving the room quite chilly upon arrival. If you're like me and appreciate a good night's sleep, you might find the mattress a bit on the outdated side, causing a less than stellar sleeping experience.
